Method of Preparation

  1. Clean the Ingredients: Remove impurities, dirt, and foreign particles from all the ingredients. Sun-dry the ingredients, especially those with moisture content, to ensure they are completely dry.
  2. Roasting (Optional): Slightly roast ingredients like Ajwain and Hing to enhance their aroma and potency. Do not over-roast as it may reduce the medicinal properties.
  3. Powdering: Grind each ingredient separately into a fine powder using a grinder or pulverizer. Ensure a uniform, smooth texture of the powders.
  4. Mixing: Combine all the powdered ingredients in equal proportions in a clean, dry mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly to ensure an even mixture.
  5. Sieving: Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to remove coarse particles and obtain a uniform consistency.
