- Talispatra or Indian Silver Fir – Abies webbiana
- Sonth or Adrak – Zingiber officinale
- Pippali (Long Pepper) – Piper longum
- Black Pepper – Piper nigrum
- Vanshlochan (Tabashir) – Bamboo manna
- Dalchini (cinnamon) – Cinnamomum verum
- Green Cardamom (Elaichi) – Elettaria cardamomum
- Misri or rock candy (crystallized sugar lumps)
Method of Preparation
Clean and dry all the herbal ingredients.
Grind them separately to get a powder.
Now grind the mishri separately.
Mix everything together.
Pass it through sieve no.100 to remove any unwanted impure particles.Store it in air-tight containers away from heat and light for future use.
